[Suggestion] Sanity HUD Detailed Toggle

It would be generally nice to have a toggleable option to allow a numerical overlay on your sanity HUD to showcase your exact sanity value out of total sanity. Would also probalby help with setting up the mod's config for specific effect thresholds.
