[Suggestion] Mob-Specific Sanity Rates

Another config option idea. This would allow for specific sanity rates based on individual mobs, which would work well if you want the player to experience heavy sanity drops when interacting with specific mobs (like for e.g. a horror mod's mob).

I heavily agree. Why would my character be just as scared of a Spider or Silverfish as they are of Mega John or Deviljho?
