[GUI] Sanity icon has extra pixel line when GUI-Scale value is 3

This only happens at GUI-Scale 3. Otherwise, the icon works as intended. I tried a quick look at the source code, but I'm not savvy enough to know where that might be coming from. Nothing critical, just slight annoyance.

My resolution is 2560x1440 if that is relevant.
