Replace SnowflakeLoginOptions

Since we’re using .env in the README, I would like to see if we can make this work using only the Session.builder.getOrCreate() solution for authentication.

The GitHub action run should be able to confirm this will work as we’re passing those variables to the scripts and no configuration toml files would be present, otherwise we can always move the files around to test.
