Add arn to OpenIDConnectProvider status

What problem are you facing?
Current version of OpenIDConnectProvider just returns create date. However, we cant get the arn of the OpenIDConnectProvider from the status
How could Crossplane help solve your problem?
It would help to add trust relationship values to IAM roles.
