Needs low quotation marks.

Hi,

at first, thanks for the great font!

I've tried to package it for Fedora[1] and while testing the package, well,
trying to use the font, I have found that it is missing low quotation marks
that are used in the Czech language (and also Slovak, Polish and German).

The single low quotation mark can be replaced by comma (although not ideal
because of spacing), but the double low quotation mark (aka "bdquo") can't be
cheated and it is really missing. Would that be possible to add the
character(s), please?
