[BUG] Wrong bump in double strategy

Describe the bug
The version seems not to be bumped correctly, according to the "bump" input passed to the action.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have an existing tag
  2. Run action workflow with bump major or minor & release-strategy double
  3. See default patch bump applied for alpha release

Expected behavior
bump major minor or patch applied with release-strategy double

Additional context
See these 2 runs :

  • bump major + release-strategy double with existing tag v0.2.1 ❌

NB: I have not tested in triple strategy, but I guess it's the same problem.
