Columns for DEX Liquidity and Vol/Liq Ratio

Since the DEX liquidity is being tracked and is viewable within each token page, perhaps it would be good to have it as a column on the main table as well.

Moreover, another column showing the ratio of Volume / DEX liquidity (or perhaps called 'Utilization (24hr)') would be very useful in helping traders and liquidity providers make the better informed decisions.

^To avoid the 'long tail' small liquidity tokens from very easily rising to the top of that sorted column, perhaps a toggle for "filter smaller asset pools" can be automatically switched on that removes those that are under a particular threshold for DEX liquidity and/or volume that's below a certain dollar amount.
