Support of `asciidoc` through `markup-faces`

Hi,

The asciidoc-mode rendering is not really nice by default:

It would be nice if subatomic can support/improve it :-) It seems that this mode is using markup-faces so this will potentially support more mode than just asciidoc.

I would love if you could send me a pull-request since I don't know anything about asciidoc-mode. From the look of the screenshot I would say that inheriting from org-mode might be good starting point.
