Removing + charge from sulfur and saving sdf gives 100% reproducable segmentation fault

For reproducing I suggest this molecule as downloaded sdf 3D conformer:

Upon opening remove CH3 fragment from S atom.
Try to save as SDF file.
Then I get Segmentation fault 100% reproducable.
