I think you need to tell the prospective user, here on GitHub, what you say via the help button in the 'public instance'. To wit: to allow others to use the chatroom, give them the URL.

It would be good also to make it clearer what that aforementioned public instance is, namely, an instance of the software that anyone can run, in a browser, instantly. One needs to install the software - you should say - only if one wishes to run a leapchat chatroom on one's own server.

It would not go amiss to say something about the capacity of the 'public instance'. Might it get overloaded?
