Mobile view always shows claim button

Currently on live and upcoming sales the UI shows Claim / withdraw token buttons in mobile view.
For upcoming, this should be hidden and live sales should show the purchase form.

Also once this is fixed please check the purchase form works as expected.

Turns out this is a dummy component that is still not implemented and so the purchase form and claim buttons need implemented here
