Now that Crystal supports graphemes, add support to Crysterm.
In Blessed, this is called fullUnicode.
Originally, Crysterm used ideas from Blessed which are related to non-fullUnicode.
So, part of this task would be revisiting Blessed's code which mentions fullUnicode for ideas what should be done in our case.
