Dump event log to a file in interactive mode

Describe the desired feature
The Log panel UX is not great at the moment and scrolling back is painful. Also, if echidna is closed or crashes, the logs are lost. Dump the event log into file. Start a fresh log file with a timestamp in the filename every run.
