trim trailing non-CRLF white space on all lines (including blank lines) before checking style

Whereas CS50 IDE trims that for students, CS50 Sandbox doesn't. And doesn't seem all that compelling to expect students, especially in earliest weeks, to trim "invisible" whitespace that doesn't actually affect indentation.
