[DX] Change tabs to spaces

Description

A few reasons:

  1. Tabs don't show up well on GitHub Desktop and GitHub Mobile. There's no way to fix it.
  2. @subhoghoshX mentioned it doesn't show well on the terminal (for example when showing git diffs).
