This problem has been ongoing for months since Github's servers went down. It continues to past on local servers but on Github actions local connection timeouts occur only for FAQ. Temporary fix is to remove FAQ testing to see if the problem continues with other testing.

We're going to reintroduce FAQ test and see how we go.

Not resolved. @sergiomercado19 when you are restructuring the data for FAQs can you keep an eye on this issue.

Definitely something to do with our server.

And once again, I'm not so sure. Let's implement those network management suggestions anyway and hope this never comes up again.
