images don't show from book3/html files

../images needs to be ../../images
so images don't show

I can fix and submit a pull request if assigned to me. I have corrected and tested for chapter 1.
It would be nice if accepted so don't have to correct while translating.

@traisen This folder is not supposed to be where you look at the book - the https://www.py4e.com/html3 is where you should look at it - this folder is part of the book build process. I will clean this up.
