To improve coverage, integration tests should be enabled where possible

A number of integration test cases (from the original ZPT source code) are yet to be included in the integration tests which are executed.

These mainly relied upon the python expression evaluator, which is now implemented. These should be investigated and included into those which are routinely executed.

Whilst working on this, many tests have been disabled once again, but because they use the i18n functionality, which is not yet implemented, and blocked on #4.
