Feature Request - change color of individual note

In some cases I'd like to be able to color code a note, i.e. purple are for devs, yellow is for business, red is for me, etc. It would be nice to have an option to change the color of an individual note without changing the global setting.

Use a different shortcut to for each note colour/ assign them manually.
