clean up link between gear and pro

Make sure only gear not already associated with pro is shown, also can't add the same gear
Also add way to remove gear from pro

Decided to only remove gear, and can't add the same gear. It will just fail silently. It would be too much to iterate all the gears to make sure they aren't in the pro's gear list. O(n^2) need a better way to do it.
