Ensure only content directory is scanned for static assets and pages

Currently the SiteGenerator scans the entire root directory for the contents of the generated site. The directory structure for Blogisthenics should be more defined than this. Only a specifically configured directory should be scanned for static assets and page content. The purpose of this is to have other folders in the root directory that are explicitly not expected to be written to the final build.
