Format highlighted text only

It doesn't work for me in Sublime Text 3

  1. Make sure you have node.js in your path.
  2. It appears to only work with actual files. Rather than the content of the tab you have open.

I have CSS mixed in with templates and this plug-in does me no good if it can't just format selected text. Boo. :(

@tlorens Specifying highlighted text has been mentioned a couple times in the issues. I'll add it as a potential candidate for future work.
