Note on archiving this repo

This package seems like it wasn't ever used.

cccp on npm is something completely different : https://www.npmjs.com/package/cccp

I think it is best to archive this to make it clear that it is dead.

If anyone wants to bring it back that is fine but renaming it should be the very first step for such an effort :)
