[firefox] clicking on #hash-links blocks scrolling afterwards

to reproduce, just click on any hash-link in firefox (like "What are the stages?")
honestly dont know why even bother with all the JS for hash-link scrolling to element id, if you could just use <a name="staging-process"> instead
