Missing support for fill-lower and fill-upper

I am really missing the opportunity to style the progress (-moz-range-progress, -ms-fill-lower), as well as a bundled selector to hide IE's ticks. (::-ms-ticks-before, ::-ms-ticks-after, ::-ms-track).
