[CSSU Lounge] Add an "item of the month" poll

Details: This 'item of the month' will be an item which has either been sold in the CSSU lounge in the past, or an item which has never been sold before, that will be added to the lounge for sale.

This item will be sold for a month as a 'trial run' and, depending on sales metrics, will be removed at the end of the month or be kept as a full-time lounge item.

Doing this will allow us to gauge which items are of particular interest to CSSU lounge goers, expand our offerings. and incentivize people to come to the lounge.

(At the same time, this will allow us to compete with EngSoc)

This was discussed in an executive meeting today (Saturday, May 18). The items that will get restocked largely depends on how many volunteers are willing to go to various places like Costco to get those items restocked. Otherwise the items we can restock will be limited.
