make a system for upgrading the robot using scrap between runs, in a way that persists.

upgrade stats
-Damage
-Max health
-Max energy
-Speed

Health and Speed are implemented, damage and fire rate still need to be.
Upgrade level information is carried into the scene, but needs to be applied to the shooting script.
