Print enrolled and mail enrolled not showing

How to reproduce

1. Go to /activities/{activity_id} of an activity for which you are in the group

or

1. Go to /activities/
2. Click on an activity for which you are in the group

Expected behaviour

The print enrolled and mail enrolled buttons are shown in the navbar

Current behaviour

The buttons are not shown. They are shown after going to another page (e.g. the activities index) and then going to the activity again.

this happens not just with the print&mail enrolled pageActions, but also with a lot of other actions that are based on permissions.
