Add query param aboveHorizon

It would be great if the caller could decide if they care about the object being above the horizon or not. My use case is to get the current RA/Dec of the moon. I don't care if it's above the horizon, just want it's location so I can calculate relative distance to DSO's. I'm going to look at the location at sunset and sunrise and it'll likely be close enough but it's more work.
