And along with this making sure the job didn't stall

Basically we need awareness of

  • size (should be generally increasing)
  • mtime
  • exit code (failed if nonzero)

if stalled need to forcibly kill and exist

This seems to be a more and more common problem - maybe due to underlying dlp issue

Seems to be less of an issue with more reliable connection see ctengel/objectindex#2
