Mesh keywords duplicated on prod

@DevMattM I dont know what I remembered but this will add duplicates if run again. I will probably find time to enhance the loading mechanism but that doesn't help with clearing up the dupes that are already in the system.

What are the next steps for cleaning up the already present data?
