transcription of figure label on 113r

While working on #1816, I found an inconsistency on 113r. In the TL, a caption for a label of "b" is present for one of the figures, but it is not transcribed in the TC or TCN:

This is a slightly more complex problem because this is the only caption for an inline figure, within the main body of text rather than in the margin. As such, it has actually not been rendering properly. It is missing in the Edition:

There are two questions:

  1. Since we are removing captions, should this be transcribed as regular text across all three versions?
  2. HOW should this be done? Because it is a caption of an inline figure, the only way to transcribe would be to place a "b" somewhere in the main text that approximates its location on the facsimile page.
    a. one possible solution would be to add it in whatever the proper location we deem it to be and then add an editorial comment to the "b" saying it is a label for the figure?

perhaps put the "b" as an <add> to show it is a different kind of text than the rest of the body text

DECISION with PHS: yes, do this. It is an imperfect solution. There is possibly some argument to be made that it is an <add>, but there is a stronger argument that it is not. However, this is the best solution given the current rendering and transcription parameters. No editorial comment
