Activity Sheets pdfs pulled from Sandbox

The pdfs of Activity sheets have been pulled from the Sandbox in many cases and should be changed to reflect new links to the RTC. They are useable as is but not ideal.
Should be changed as time allows.
I am starting a list here, but it is not complete
