Enhancement

For the mobile application, the patient account creation should suffer some change (IMO).
I suggest changing the User account generation to accept a username from the web app or automatically generate one.
Adding another path for authentication could make things easier, right know the back-end can't distinguish a login from the web app or from the mobile app
