Add --update to self-update the script to the latest version

🤔 What's the problem you're trying to solve?
I'd rather not run the installation commands every time an new version of polyglot-release is made. The script knows where to find the latest version so it can update itself.
✨ What's your proposed solution?
sudo polyglot-release --update
