Hide actions from digital object page if correct permissions aren't present

The delete button and purge button has to be hidden from view if the user:
a) does not have delete permission
b) only has access to a digital object through an Aggregator Project

The edit rights button has to be hidden from view if the user does not:
a) have the ability to add rights
b) only has permission through an aggregator project (this might be unnecessary because none of the aggregator projects should be able to add the rights permission)

The edit metadata button has to be hidden from view if the user does not:
a) have the ability to update the object
