`install` and `upgrade`: allow specifying destdir

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
autorestic install and autorestic upgrade does not allow specifying the destination directory in which to install the restic and autorestic binaries. It apparently defaults to /usr/local/bin, which requires root privs to access.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have a CLI argument to specify which directory in which to download the binaries.
