Remove `tailwand` from `theme.ts`

We added multiple styles to theme.ts to fit the new design but it's still relying on tailwand preset for basic stuff like borderSizes and baseColors.
I think it would better if we get rid completly of tailwand and have our base theme values, it already has the most important styles, only few left out.
