Based on the lack of progress getting on CRAN (catboost/catboost#439), should we park catboost into a separate branch? We could probably get treesnip on CRAN soonish and add it later.

I think that the addition of lightgbm makes treesnip pretty compelling.

xgboost+catboost+lightgbm are a tream team within my tidymodels ensemble machine.
