Add Option to customize the crosshair on Point-Annotations

Hello Team,

My team and I are active users of CVAT and have been enjoying the platform's capabilities in annotating images and videos for various computer vision tasks.
We sometimes find it hard to precisely place and/or move point labels.
When initially placing a Point, a crosshair is shown, but is on some of our Use Cases too small and the color is very muted and therefore sometimes hard too see.
When moving a point label, no crosshair is shown, which makes it under certain conditions hard to line up with features in the frame.

Describe the solution you'd like

Therefore I would like to have options to:

• enable a crosshair also when moving point labels
• custoimze the size of the crosshairs
• customize the color of the crosshairs
