Installation - Can't find the required packages

Using the mehod described in the readme, all the required packages are not installed and I couldn't get these from online resources as well. This is the error I get:
PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:
- nxviz==0.6.2
- ray==1.0.0
- sigfig==1.1.8
- tree==0.2.4
- torch
- torchaudio
- opencv-python==4.4.0.2
- tqdm==4.60.0
- gym==0.17.3
- sqlitedict==1.7.0
