Include examples in the main package

It would probably be better to include some of the examples (e.g., complex Ginzburg-Landau, Kuramoto-Sivashinsky) in a sub-package (e.g., romnet.examples, rather than outside of the main package, as they are currently. This would allow the code to be used more easily (without copying code), and we could also test the example code along with the rest of the package.
