Confirm Results on Noack Model

It would be nice to confirm the results we produced on the Noack Model to validate this new code.

Plan:

1. Add a folder with notes I have compiled on the adroit cluster and already written slurm files. This will allow for testing n models at once on the cluster versus n models in sequence on a local machine.
2. Run Noack model autoencoders.
3. Write about the pitchfork example in JNS paper while models run.
4. Confirm the results match previously trained autoencoders using the old code.

1. Begin training CGL model autoencoders use the projected dataset method.
