随便做了个requirements.txt也不行
公众号提交接口的时候显示token验证失败
log文件错误信息如下：

感觉是flask没有起来，或者是python有问题？

以上问题已经搞定！！！！
给后来者补充两点：
1.requirements.txt无所谓
2.python项目管理器里一定要装模块！装模块！装模块！看errlog就知道了
