Inconsistent/underdefined terminology around "entity" and "resource"

Currently the terms "entity" and "resource" are used inconsistently throughout
the spec. We resolved:
To use the term "entity" for "meaningful/interesting things described in the
dataset, from the publisher's perspective"
To use the term "resource" for "nodes in the RDF graph".
