Relationship of voiD to DCat

Considering data catalogues that might have entries for
RDF datasets as well as other types of datasets, can we
say things like,
void:Dataset rdfs:subClassOf dcat:Dataset.
void:subset rdfs:subPropertyOf dct:isPartOf.
etc.
Should handling of subjects, tags, themes be aligned
in the two ontologies?
