Social credit rating

Each user starts with 100 credits. People with a high rating can be rewarded with free rides or the ability to rent a second bike. People with a low rating can temporarily be banned from the service. In this way, a loyal user is not immediately punished for a mistake.

Each ride: +1
Each reported issue: +1
Repairing a flat tire: +10

Returning the bike to the wrong location: -5
Bike not locked adequately: -10
Leaving the bike unlocked: -20
