- The logo could be set in index.php.
- System colors could be set in css/bootstrap-theme.min.css
- Background could be set in css/L.Control.Sidebar.css
- Also, it could be helpful to change X icon (which closes the side-bar) to #d9534f (RED).

It can be helpful to move these settings to the config file.
