Some monsters not appearing the the monster library while availabe on Open5e

I've run into a few monsters when prepping for sessions that have statblocks on the Open5e api but are not in the monster library on the webapp. The I'm seeing this on at least Wyvern, Treant, and Sea Hag
No Wyvern in improved initiative:
